The RapidHDD site is a image hosting provider and is provided by NuCode on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis.
RapidHDD makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this website in terms of its correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, availability or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
RapidHDD will take, directly or indirectly, any liability over any interruptions in the use of this service and/or website.
RapidHDD will take no responsibility over the content provided via this service by it's users, images are provided by it's users and RapidHDD acts only as intermediary between users facilitating image hosting. RapidHDD is considered in this regard an ISP.
RapidHDD is committed on acting upon DMCA requests, and taking down illegal and potentially harmfull content off the service on a "best effort" and "first come, first served" basis.
Acceptable content and usage
RapidHDD has a zero tolerance policy regarding to spam, child pornography, child modeling, copyright infringiment, abuse and other unlawful material.
RapidHDD assumes user of this service has knowledge of applicable law and is reponsible for compliance with any such laws. User may not use this Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, national, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements.
USer further agrees not to transmit, or use this service for, any illegal material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Other provisions
RapidHDD reserves the right to do maintenance on the service without any warning before the fact.
RapidHDD does not guarantee the availability of this service to any extent.
RapidHDD reserves the right to delete images and content on the service at it's own discretion without notice and without need to justify it.
RapidHDD does not take any responsibility or give warranties over any user submitted content on this service.
Privacy policy
RapidHDD will not sell any personal, or per user information to 3rd parties.
RapidHDD reserves the right to disclose any and all information deemed necessary to the appropriate authorities, such as FBI or the Interpol, if an user engages in illegal activity, such as the submission of Child Pornography, or user engages in other kind of potentially harmfull activity.
RapidHDD may use, and will use, 3rd party statistics utilities at it's discretion, such as Google Analytics. These 3rd party services may collect per user identifying information on their discretion, and this information is subject to the 3rd party service privacy policy.
RapidHDD reserves the right to disclose user information and details if required to do so by valid legal process or governmental request.
